Personal growth can begin with one ordinary action that fits your circumstances. It does not need to look dramatic.
Name a direction
Consider a value such as kindness, learning, care or fairness. Choose a word that means something to you without turning it into a judgement about how you should feel.
Choose an ordinary action
You might prepare for a conversation, make time for an interest or greet someone you trust. Keep the action small and allow yourself to adapt it.
Record practice, not perfection
A calendar records which activities you tried. It cannot measure your worth or predict emotional recovery. Give yourself room to change the routine.
